TLDR people can say whatever they want to trump on twitter ain't nothing wrong with it. As long as its not a threat.  Everything is fair game.  You were wrong.

Linked article appears to be written by a person without credentials. Doesn't mean it's wrong but it's like the words of a person on this forum. Most portions of the quoted excerpts abide by the "scholarly" interpretation of free speech law so under that interpretation omni is correct. The speech is not legally offensive and neither is it out of place on twitter. Profanity is not legally offensive. The government isn't supposed to imprison or execute people for swearing, or else everyone on this forum might be imprisoned.

The best reasoning for Trump to win is that this is his personal page and not a government page. Since the courts are in truth corrupt and not scholarly, Trump is guaranteed to win this lawsuit anyway and no reasoning is necessary. Judges routinely get away with stupidly reasoned opinions like "Trump wins because I said so."

For Trump getting sued for blocking someone on Twitter, it could happen.  If he is using his title as president and using the account for work related things, then the woman could win the suit.  If he is using the account as regular dude Trump and has personal things and opinions on it, then there is definitely no 1st amendment right to post on his page.
