Griffin: ‘No Longer Sorry’ for Decapitated Trump Head Photo

Kathy Griffin says that she is no longer sorry for disseminating a photo of her holding up a severed, bloodied head resembling President Donald Trump's.

Griffin spoke with an Australian television show where she was asked about the controversy, and said she was not sorry for it. The fallen comedian blamed her career downfall on Trump supporters, despite the fact that Democrats, including a self-described friend, actress Debra Messing, and Chelsea Clinton condemned the photo.

"You were very sorry at the time. You apologized. You were very upset. Are you no longer sorry for it?" one of the TV hosts asked.

"Correct. I'm no longer sorry. The whole outrage was BS. The whole thing got so blown out of proportion," Griffin said.

"These Trump fans, they're hardcore," she added.

Co-host Sam Armytage interjected, pointing out it was not only "Trump fans" who spoke out against the photo.

"Debra Messing and Chelsea Clinton aren't Trump fans," Armytage said. "Even Democrats said it was out of line."

"Do you not accept that [the photo] was a little bit over the line?" she asked.

"No, you're full of crap. Stop this. You know this," Griffin said. "Stop acting like my little picture is more important than talking about the actual atrocities that the president of the United States is committing."

As the next sentence in the story puts it "Griffin did not elaborate on the "atrocities" of which she accused Trump." 

I wonder if they asked her to "elaborate" and if her answer was along the lines of her previous response, "You're full of crap. Stop this. You know this."

Whatever it is Trump is doing that's making her more delusional than even her usual leftie dingbat self, I hope he keeps doing it, and escalating it until she reaches a point of no return and requires permanent institutionalization, or moves to Canada.

she should keep talking. eventually everyone will stop listening and we can get over this silliness. Trump is a symptom of liberal failure, not the cause.

so messed up. She made the decision to air this stupid, sick parody and now claims to be the victim and is declaring war with the President over an action of her own accord.

Unless this is a planned out media stunt, then it may be brilliant.
