I laughed out loud when I read this line: ""At the end of the day it is taxpayer money, and we have to be very, very good stewards of how we use this" says Councilman Brandon Elefante.." 

The prosecutors office will likely need a mobile command center when the jihadis (let in by Ige, Chin, et al. with their sanctuary state mentality) "act out". The prosecutors will need to be on the scene quickly to inform the jihadi's of their rights and make sure they aren't harmed by any islamophobes who just saw their family members killed by guys shouting "allahu akbar". Innocent until proven guilty and all that. Our tax dollars at work. Public servants serving.
