That would be me.  I have a Colt OEM2 that I'm finally getting around to putting together.  I have a T-1 for it, but I've always wanted a 1-6x or something like that and this mount would likely work well.  Now, it I see a sale on a Leupold, Vortex or other mid-range optic. . .    Add Burris to the list.  I shot a gun with a Burris MTAC 1-4x this past weekend and it was pretty sweet.

I saw many 1-4x and 1-6x while browsing at lunch yesterday.  One "saving" grace was that one really good deal was a 24 or 28 mm tube and the LT104 didn't have that size ring.

yw, i got one in 30mm that believe it or not i got gifted to me. so i bought a 1" one. Worst case ill buy the rings for 60 bucks to convert it to 34mm if i ever buy a balla scope
