Aloha everyone, I'm relatively new to Hawaii and am having some difficulty, was hoping someone could help me.
I got stationed at Schofield when I enlisted, and have since been studying the laws and figuring out how to get my guns on island, now they're on the way.
I was wondering if anyone can answer a question. I'm an NRA certified pistol instructor, and want to start teaching classes on island to make extra cash. When looking at the law dealing with who can sign the affidavit to get a license, it says, "... or class conducted by a state certified or National Rifle Association certified firearms instructor. ." "State certified" is the thing tripping me up here. I can't find anything on how to become state certified. Can anyone help out?
