Anyone know where I can get a slide to be laser engraved on Oahu? Only a few letter and words I have in mind for a Beretta 92 slide I will be purchasing in the future.

I just sent a message to a friend who does laser engraving for trophies and plaques.  I assume the slide is steel, so I wanted to get his input before sending you his way.

I'll let you know.

Thank so much! And yes, it should be. I will be ordering it straight from Beretta once it goes back in stock.

My friend was in the UK and came back today.  So, I finally got a response.

He said laser engraving is not a good choice for steel.  At least not the laser equipment he uses.

He recommended RK Specialities on Kapiolani across from Ala Moana Center as a possibility, though he's just suggesting as a place to ask.  Not sure if they actually can.

I'm not sure what "pantograph" is, but he said "hand engraving" with that would be the method he'd guess could work for the slide.

That's all he could give me.  Hope it get's you started.

He's been the owner of the Trophy House for a really long time, so I trust his opinion.

Good luck!

The screen shot I posted says RK does stainless steel engraving.  That sounds promising.

It actually does sound promising. If they do swords then it shouldn't be a problem for slides. This is all I wanted to add.
