Looks like a garden variety home built, to me.  Sure would not pay much for what you can build yourself like that, but some happily do.

i got a little worried when she almost knocked over the bottle of hoppes

and yeah, the ar outfit was better

The workers wore skimpy bikinis. To clarify,  they were GIRLS.

And then when I first got married, my former wife got a part time job with a plant service.
She had to go to restaurants and businesses to water and care for the decorative plants.
She was told to wear short shorts while doing her job.
