Polymer 80 Glock

Anyone ever did one? Midway has them on sale. I was wondering if it would be cheaper than buying a complete Glock

Which one is it? There are 2 mods. The 2nd Gen g19 is pretty nice. The first Gen 17 takes some fitment work. If you have stock parts lying around gonna be cheap to complete. The 2nd Gen 19 size has metal inserts versus the 17 model does not. Plus the 19 version comes with all the undercuts already

Any red tape registering? In theory just ad a serial and go register?

after seeing them at the gun show, I bought one from midway for $50
its the gen1 G17.  the 1st gen P80's don't have a steel rear guide rail for the slide.  watching videos for this one, looks like you have to be real exact with your grinding
I haven't started yet, but if I screw it up.....was only $50.   :shaka:

now its not on sale anymore
