Fitting a 1911 barrel bushing comp

Ok before I start I know a bushin comp is no where near as good as a threaded barrel comp. Got me a Wilson barrel bushing comp real cheap $30 from a friend who was selling various parts and is supposed to be the best of the barrel bushing compensators. The skirt diameter is a little to large to fit my Kimber slide. Don't want to touch the slide at all and Wilson sez to do all fitting on the comp. I could probably make a mandrel to fit the Comp and use my drill press with some 600 emery to reduce it but would probably mess it up. You guys know anyone locally who could professionally fit the bushing comp to the slide? Was thinking John Perria... but any other leads would be great.
Thanks.... :shaka:
