by his rationale, the states can regulate firearms to the point where all that's allowed is a breachloading airgun that shoots plastic pellets no greater than 100fps.  "right to bear arms right"?

I really don't understand what is so hard for these anti gun types to understand "shall not be infringed".  If you're limiting people's mags and banning firearms, guess what?  You're infringing.  Not that complicated.

I had a woman show up at my house one night asking if she could live here.  I let her sleep in the room my guns were kept in.

One day I came home, and all my guns were gone, as were the accessories and a gun safe.

The woman turned out  to be a stripper, and no one has seen here since the theft.

The way corrupt officials are getting caught with their pants down these days it probably makes sense for them to ban pitchforks and torches as well. On the plus side now's a great time to reach across the aisle and point out that the people who are crowing loudest about restricting firearms also happen to be fond of stealing money from taxpayers. They've undermined their own credibility. Now the situation is just waiting for that extra push and they'll be too busy trying to save their careers as the swamp drains around them.

Yeah, that drives me nuts too.  A 30 round mag for AR, 17 round for Glock 17, etc are standard capacity, not "hi-cap" magazines.
