Sounds like the video is proposing shooting the animals and leaving them there because it's too dangerous to retrieve them.

They actually been doing that on the big island for a while.  Instead of letting the hunters go after the game year round,  they shoot the game from helicopters in the name of protecting endangered species

They could gas the goats then shoot them with a harpoon from the helicopter. On second thought, the animal rights people wouldn't like that.
