Testimony workshops

The legislature's Public Access Room (PAR) is looking for groups to host a 1 hr workshop on how laws are passed and how to testify.  This would be great to have in preparation for the Legislature session 2018 which starts in January.

Could have it at club meetings or host a 2ahawaii meeting open to the gun community and public.  They don't expect too many people to attend since their past sessions usually have less than 10 people.

How Hawaii gun laws are passed:

Step 1: If it's pro 2A, then DENY.  If it's anti 2A, PASS

Step 2: There is no step 2.
