The wife bought an Elf Match trigger for her AR.  While installing, the trigger didn't come with the set screws needed.  So I emailed Elf and they mailed over 5 set screws (only 2 were missing) for free.

Also today I got a call from the owner himself Art Sr. to ask if I received the screws and how everything is going.  He even gave me his direct line and said to call  him if we have any other issues.

He even said that Elf has a 100% guarantee on all it's products.  Art said if for some reason I get mad at my wife and smash her trigger with a hammer, I can send back what pieces that I can and they will replace it at no cost.

That's pretty awesome service from Elf!!! :thumbsup:

Update

Trigger has light primer strikes. So Elf is sending me another one thats "updated". Art asked how long ago i bought the trigger.
