I'd prolly stick with the XD.

Might get one with a shorter tube. I got the 5" .45 because I like the way it feels in the hand and didn't need to think about hauling it around all day.

Glock 30sf   10+1 of .45acp. I love that gun.

On a side note, who has CCW'd a pistol in another state?

I used to have a CCW license/permit when I lived in WA State, but that was almost 10 years ago. At that time, I never really carried though. I was just getting into shooting and wasn't comfortable with or trained in carrying. Didn't need to take a class when I got my CCW. Not sure about the current rules though.

I did in Colordo for nearly 5 years before moving (job related) to Washington.  I got my CHL as soon as I could and still have it (WA).

Im pretty sure ill just CC one of my full sized guns. I got a little extra flab to help hide the gun. Lol. Probably alternate between the Glock 22 and the Kimber custom CDPII. If mag limits were to allow standard capacity mags def the Glock 22

I already own it.  Snubbie S&W in .38.  Fits well in my pocket when I'm outside gardening and such.

This thread is not my direct mainlander business and I wanted to stay out of it for that reason, but maybe "How would you carry the gun of your choice" should be added to the question... and the answers.
I do believe that the radical and crazy notion that the Founders meant what they said, is gradually soaking through the judicial system.

That's what I thought. IIRC the 10 round max used to be a federal law back in the 90's.

The title and question are very definitive.

I posted it as such because this is a forum. Forums are typically where you can post your thoughts, opinions and thought provoking subjects on a given subject.

Censor my first amendment right if you must, just remember that censorship is the first step to losing your second amendment right.

Glock 27 or Ruger LCP for me, because I already have them.

Maybe I'll use a sharpie and write in Hawaii on my current CCW permit :D

The North Hollywood bank robbery/shootout.  The prevailing comments from LAPD were constantly laced with "don't want our officers to be outgunned by the bad guys" and HPD jumped ALL OVER that idiotic bandwagon.  The MOST corrupt thing about it when it was passed was that there was only ONE gunsmith/gunstore that was authorized to permanently modify your mags to 10 rounds so that they and you could be in compliance.  ONE gunstore = total corruption/kickbacks/buddy system/all in the Ohana.  I left the islands for Colorado a month before it went into effect.  Me, my 2 P226's and all my 15 round mags.

Are you speaking about this or any other online forum?  Not to try and tick you off, but this and other online forums are private propety and your "fisrt ammendment rights" under the US Constitution and Bill of Rights do not apply.  "Free speech" as it applies to every member of such forums and is limited to whatever the Owner(s), Administrator(s) and Moderator(s) allow.  ALL members are volluntary guests to online forums.  Nobody was forced to join or sign up and there are rules with nearly every one regarding code of conduct or similar guidelines.  Simply put, there ain't no guarentees offered in regards to anyones first ammendment rights to free speech because this is private property.

In addition, the first ammendment allows for citizens to have the freedom to say what they want IN PUBLIC, even criticize the government, without the fear of prosecution from said government.  It does NOT guarentee that anyone is NOT responsible for anyting they may say.  Something the Liberal Media has perverted and perpetuated for decades.  They claim first ammendment this and that and feel like that is carte blanche to say whatever they feel like.  Nope.  You are still, and should be, held accountable for what you say.  Such things as slander and liable statutes cover such things as they pertain to such "free speech" liberties taken irresponsibly.

No such rights exist implied or otherwise on private property.  Your house = you set the rules.  Someone elses house = you gotta obey their rules.
