Was there a sign in the lobby saying no cellphones? I noticed that most do because of people like this including at the bank teller.

No. At least not that I saw.

From this afternoon. Same place, but different lady there’s a phone in the waiting area to call the staff to let them know you’re there. Lady was making personal calls. Don’t even think she was a patient.
