Not a drill get ready!!! :shaka:
Oh ignorant youth, the world is not a joyous place. The time has come for you to dispense with the frivolous pleasures of childhood and get down to honest toil until you are sixty-five. Then and only then can you relax and collect your social security and live happily until the time of your death!

We did not hear any sirens.  Everyone here just got the text message, or heard the automated radio and tv messages. :o

Anyone not get the alert? I didn't and several others I know. Can't figure out why.

KITV must have decided to call their news team in to work.  They were saying it was "inadvertent," and that the cause would be investigated.

No false alarm message on T mobile and network was immediately down. No internet and not even texts getting through. Phone started working again but no all clear message yet. Thinking about getting a different carrier.

In any case turned on the HAM radio and found out pretty quick it was a false alarm. For the operators there it was a great shakedown test to find out what wasn't working and I'm sure tomorrow night's practice net is going to be a lot more interesting than usual.
