Taran needs to do a better job of screening his hires.  I suppose there will be a spot opening up on his team soon.

No one is coming, it’s up to us.

Legislation should never be about depriving law abiding citizens of something, but rather taking those things away from criminals.

Rochelle from California and Hawaii went full retard.  Never go full retard.
"The rifle is a weapon. Let there be no mistake about that. It is a tool of power, and thus dependent completely upon the moral stature of its user. It is equally useful in securing meat for the table, destroying group enemies on the battlefield, and resisting tyranny. In fact, it is the only means of resisting tyranny, since a citizenry armed with rifles simply cannot be tyrannized."

Rochelle, 28

From: California and Hawaii
Occupation: Flight attendant

Why do you have a gun?
I was originally given a gun as a gift. I went out shooting once, and I happened to be naturally good at it. I was 20 at the time. I’ve done sporadic competitive shooting. I have a lot more fun with it—I’m in it more for fun than competing.

What do you say to people who question the value of a private citizen owning a gun?
I think that if there were less guns, there would be less shootings, period. If the government came in and decided to take the guns away, I wouldn’t be mad about it. I think it’s important to be able to feel safe in your home, but you don’t need more than three guns. You don’t need to own a semiautomatic weapon or a silencer.

When mass shootings or school shootings happen—like the one this week—does it ever make you rethink your position?
Going to the Second Amendment, I don’t think they had AK-47s and everything else in mind [when they imagined] the right to bear arms and protecting yourself. At SHOT show, you can kind of see how much it’s evolved into thousands and thousands of people dumping millions and millions of dollars into the industry…. I guess I’d say it’s almost unfortunate people think that they need so much.

well, that's her opinion.
I don't agree with it. I don't know why she is sponsored by Taran Tactical but it seems that Taran Tactical caters to celebs anyways.

She claims to be from California and Hawaii. I wouldn't be surprised if she votes. Thus explaining the mindset of elected legislators in both states that create the plethora of irrational gun control laws "commonsense gun safety regulations" that are 100% ineffective in deterring crime, and only serve to restrict the exercise of constitutionally-protected civil rights by law-abiding citizens.

I wish I had been able to hear an audio recording of the interview, as I suspect it's possible that what we would hear might be something like "I think that if there were less guns, there would be less shootings, period. Like, totally."

ah "need"   that word is used a lot.  why do you "need" an AK47.  You have to justify your "need" for such a weapon.  I could name a few hundred things that she does not "need"

if only the bill of rights was the list of "list of stuff you need to justify" instead.

glad she got fired.

Back in the day we could have owned warships with cannons had we enough money.  I remember reading stories about some colonialists owning cannons.  Talk about black powder!

well, I hope Rochelle votes in California.  not that it would make any difference for our outcomes if she was a Hawaii voter, since we're screwed always, from the get-go.  the state of libtards.

secondly, if AK-47's (or M-16, AR-15, what not)  had been invented at the time the Bill of Rights was written, they probably would've been explicitly inclusively stated, since, as I understand it, the thought was that ordinary folks should have what the military has, to prevent, deter tyranny by the govt.  Our Founding Fathers, if they could see us now, would be shaking their heads, wondering how the people, sheep, could allow it to get to where we are now (complacency).  Thomas Jefferson would be in jail for sure.  ouch.

maybe we should revisit our choice of state bird, instead of the Nene goose, which bird is mo' stupid, the Dodo bird (extinct) or the Goony bird?  yeah, that'd be the one.

I'm not sure if she actually got "fired", or rather, lost some sponsorship dollars.  heck, look at Michelle Rodriguez (fast n furious, the movie, not the Holder gun-sting), in all kinds of acrobatic gun-flipping movies, but anti-2A AFAIK.

Don't give people ideas, we all know who here would have a warship with cannons if they could.

You can own a cannon (not sure about this state though).
Here is a nice 24 pounder for sale
http://steencannons.com/cannons/u-s-model-1841-field-howitzer-24-pounder/

You can even own a tank though you have to pay the $200 NFA tax stamp for every round.  But if you can buy a tank you can afford the $200
