I wish they would make it more illegal for driving and texting. Maybe we could pay drivers to not text and drive? Why stop there lets pay for not drinking and driving. Not speeding.
Or a bonus for just being a good citizen :shaka:

So, the department that runs the shelters thinks this is a bad idea.
And the state office of homeless people things this is a bad idea.

Start with the "Hey Dude, we go to Hawaii, surf and get stoned.  No job, no problem, easy welfare"

Yet to see a discussion or summary of these homeless and just how many are truly local and down on their luck.

No desire to pay for mainland stoners.

he told me that many of the people he treats are people from the mainland who are homeless...

I tend to get kicked off sites,
because I despise Democrats and say so.
I know homeless people.
I help them.
I certainly do not want a Democrat government
putting a gun to my head, taking my money, to
give to homeless people.

Some are homeless, many are hungry, and some are essentially raising themselves. Kingsessing is also among the city’s most violent corners, police data shows.
