Talked to a cop and they allow all guns except "assault rifles"

No ccw

Reason guns are legal, is in case they get invaded. All citizens become part of the militia.

Also cops dont wear body armor. 

Nor do they have easy access to their holster. They wear jackets when outside that covers it. No open portion in the jacket for easy access.
