Your right GZ, it's not there place to decide policy, but it is there duty to protect America from "All Enemies" foreign and domestic. Now if the "White house Occupier" give them an order to round people up like hitler did with the Brown Shirts what do you think they'll do?
           That's why this took me for a loop marines are really good at following orders no matter what. Yes theres grumbling here and there, but who doesn't grumble right.

In your case, I would agree that if that order was given, then yes the people of the Corps would have the duty to refuse to carry out such orders. Now in this case, without a specific order which is in question, there should not be an open dissension.

Hopefully it is not a dishonorable discharge or court martial. What was his reasoning to not follow Obama orders?
