Caveat Emptor

Botach does NOT have a real time inventory tracking and unless you make a phone order and ask them directly if the item(s) is in stock, you risk your order to be placed on "backorder" and NOT being notified.  Their customer service sucks the BIG one on top of everything else.  IF your item(s) is on hand it'll ship out relatively quickly but I will NEVER order anything from them online ever again.  There are other vendors that are better set up and treat their customers MUCH better, even if their prices are a bit higher than Botach's.  IMO, it's worth it.

Yeah, I've read mixed reviews about botach online as well, but I figured for 19.99 and free shipping it was worth a shot.

yep, spotty customer service, but I think their prices are worth a shot.  I just some mags from them and shipping was really fast. 

I think i'll buy cheaper accessory items from them and stay away from larger ticket stuff.

I've bought from Botach multiple times, have had no problems. If an item is on BO they do not charge you till it ships.
