Not Yeti -- Go Pelican
« on: April 23, 2018, 08:06:23 PM »
In case you haven't seen the social media posts, YETI coolers has pulled their sponsorship from the NRA.

In order to fill that void, Pelican Coolers has stepped up and is making a sweet offer.  For every cooler purchase through 4/30, Pelican will donate $10 to the NRA ... PLUS you get a free tumbler of your choice with Promo Code "PELICANPROUD."

Have to love capitalism & American Patriotism.

BTW, the tumblers are going fast!  Hopefully the will have more in stock before next week.  Right now, the site shows 32 oz Silver are all that's available -- a $25 value.

Yeah, not cheap, but what do you expect from Pelican?  They keep ice for days, have a lifetime warranty, and are made in the USA.

Might want to wait until the dust settles a little.  Yeti is claiming misunderstanding due to universal discount program change.  Might be backpeddling BS but might not.  ???

The pelican donation is pretty cool though.  Just deciding on hating Yeti is on hold...

Beginning 4/23/18 Ozark Sportsman & Ozark Outpost will no longer support or sell Yeti company and their products.

We can not in good conscience support a company that takes a stand against the rights of all Americans as Yeti has
by pulling sponsorship from the NRA. By pulling their support from groups that fight for our rights Yeti has proven to
be on the opposite side of the street from the conservative Majority at a crucial time in our country’s history.

As of this notice we are pulling all Yeti Products from our show room floors. They will be boxed up and stored. We
won’t put them on the streets at all. It’s a loss we will take in a show of Support for the NRA and their endeavors.

We carry other product lines that are very similar in construction and quality. We will promote those that stand with
Americans.

Yep.
They should be giving out copies of the Constitution and Bill of Rights like LarueTactical. In fact, Larue first carried Yeti. They have these big fat catalogs in their uber $$$ coolers. What's a small copy of the Bill of Rights?
