Read the star advertiser and it said the bills going to Ige's desk.  Is this correct?

I called Ige and emailed to veto.  But it's not going to help. Also on his website, you have to select the legislative contact box that only allows 250 characters.

If you select the comments box, you get 3k+ characters, but he won't see it.

Most in Hawaii don't vote so that's the reason why they can get away with crap like this.

To be honest, i never voted until I became a gun owner and realized how bad we're getting our right violated.  Better late than never I guess.  Same with Mrs.oil.

NRA-ILA link to send an email to Gov. Ige asking for him to veto the bill.

I have some interesting stuff on Ige's office.  I will release to the News organizations first before posting here.

After I am out of the state.

Most in Hawaii don't vote so that's the reason why they can get away with crap like this.
A co-worker has admitted to not voting, basically because there is nothing that concerns them.  When things come up in the news or conversation relevant to the Government, I always blame the co-worker, not voting allowed the Government to screw whatever it is they screwed up.  The excuse is always the same, "doesn't affect me".

I point out that by the time it does affect them, it will be too late and they'll either be too oppressed to change things or in jail for something stupid.  The example I like to use now is the 1st Ammendment is being taken away to the point where we can't say anything that will hurt people's feelings, as if not having hurt feelings is a right versus free speech.

They don't believe there will be a time when they will get persecuted for saying something like "you're an idiot" despite this already happening with Government jobs.  Basically, learning the hard way is their norm.

I find this to be worse than talking to people about the 2nd, although the attitude is the same for both, not caring about anything has really put this State in a sorry state.  Well, that and voting for someone 'cause of their name...

I’ve voted since I was 18. I think I missed on when I moved and my application for absentee got messed up and I was out of town for work. That said, until I got into firearms and more into 2a, I probably was one of those contributing to voting those types that we see today.

Well it looks as though the Hawaii government did not get to turn me into a felon overnight.  Weapons will be with the shipper tomorrow.

Governor has until July 10th to sign or veto it.  If he does neither it automatically becomes law.
