I never looked into fully what the reason why he was fined, just briefly.  And it does sound like an honest mistake.  But this mistake combined with all his other "mistakes" adds up and makes him look super sketchy.

He's turned in 23 reports in 6 years. Every single one had "errors". 

Is he incompetent, or a serial liar?  If he can't handle his campaign finances according to the law, why would anyone choose him to help run our state?

What would make him think that what he was doing was inappropriate? He should be charged with inappropriate misconduct, committing unlawful use of political campaign funds & conduct unbecoming a member of a political office.

Maybe we should elect him to senate this way he can't say nothin about Trump and all his guys for the witch hunt about where money came from.  Anyone Hawaii chooses is anti 2a anyways.  At least this is 1 less topic to worry about.

As we all witnessed, it is easy for a state with such low voter turnout for a POS like Ing to get away with something like this. Sorry excuse for a "commission" to try and save this POS criminal career as a politician - “prosecution could end this man’s career and there are not enough good politicians.”
Yeah, good politician walked out the door along with $80k.
