Call the shops and find out.  Majority of the gun shops on the island will do FFL transfers.

"The rifle is a weapon. Let there be no mistake about that. It is a tool of power, and thus dependent completely upon the moral stature of its user. It is equally useful in securing meat for the table, destroying group enemies on the battlefield, and resisting tyranny. In fact, it is the only means of resisting tyranny, since a citizenry armed with rifles simply cannot be tyrannized."

Most charge in the $25 - $40 range per firearm.

Some offer discounts for multiple firearms in the same transaction, military/former military, law enforcement, etc.

Some of the FFLs have accounts on this forum under the VENDORS section.  You might try posting your question to each of them after you spend a little time reading their threads.  Some have already posted that information.

If you're in a hurry, pick a shop/FFL you intend to do most of your business with.  Sometimes you'll get a break on transfers if you're a regular customer.

FFLs barely cover their cost to do an outside transfer if they are handling a firearm sale from another retailer. Something to think about -- the money you save buying out-of-state might be negated by having to pay shipping and FFL fees -- assuming that's where the firearm came from.

Oh ignorant youth, the world is not a joyous place. The time has come for you to dispense with the frivolous pleasures of childhood and get down to honest toil until you are sixty-five. Then and only then can you relax and collect your social security and live happily until the time of your death!
