Why do some street lamps blink like strobe lights?

A giraffe just died at the zoo. Do they feed the lions the meat?

I would assume that the blinking could be the failure of the element producing the light.

I don't think they would feed lion giraffe meat if the giraffe died from disease. But then it makes you wonder, how do you dispose of that much animal?

I was at Kapaa Landfill in the 90's when they dumped an elephant. They buried it in the trash very quickly.

I found a story from KHON TV.
It said something about low voltage from 50 year old transformers.

My uber driver said it was defective LED lights.

LEDs are sensitive to heat. If they get too hot they can get damaged and suffer as well.
