Effective Protest Tactic?

Paris is burning. Okay, there are a couple of small fires here and there.

I'm wondering if this protest tactic from earlier today in Paris illustrated below would be effective here. Have such a person wag her finger at the legislators and persuade them to pass "shall issue" open and concealed carry license legislation, or better yet, permitless carry. That's gonna take some serious finger wagging. While I doubt that any tactic could work here, having someone like that engage in it would certainly have a better chance at effectiveness that having a fat old white guy do it. I'm just sayin'...

Besides the HIFICO victim outreach team, we're also assembling a law enforcement team to testify.

I initially read the OP on my phone.  Now that I've viewed from a computer with a larger monitor, "rough" was being nice.  Whoa.

Then HE needs to run out and buy some protein powder, steaks, pork chops, milk, eggs,  .... something besides just soy and yogurt.
