You could easily paralyze this country,  using this technique.
I remember the city of Seattle being brought to a virtual standstill
when someone painted the word "Bomb" on an abandoned car in
a downtown side street.
To make the technique work better,  every once in a while randomly
blow something up.  Because of the Politics
of big cities it is easy to control the "useful idiots".  Much like
Hawaii is controlled today.  Emotions, fear and ignorance.

Some 15 yr old kid at Kealakehe HS said something about a bomb and they went ballistic.

Local NRA hater and feminazi started ranting about :

"When we allow private handgun sales on this island in stores, we must expect kids to bring them to school."

Irrelevant and a lie, but never pass up a chance to bash firearm owners.
