Maybe we need to invest into more black powder weapons since they basically unrestricted. This is what I was thinking.

Revolver carbine. 20 round mag. Quick change  Interchangeable cylinder

That way you can have lots of loaded cylinders.

They can confiscate your serialed weapons and you still would have this!

Dammit now I'm staying up late drawing it out.  A 20 round cylinder comes out to a little over 5" diameter.  Could make a inner row of 16 more shots. Just gotta figure out how to strike them. Maybe dual  hammers. I based my cylinder on .45

Now gotta hoard lead, rolling papers, percussion caps & black powder.    :shake:
