Gonna attempt more builds this year. What compound would your recommend for your barrel installs?

Aeroshell 64 /33ms. I put together an upper, then changed the barrel out a year later. Came off nice and smooth.

moly paste (grease).  presumable for AR-15, AR-10 barrel nut to alum upper receiver.  I've used Aeroshell 33MS, but I prefer something with more moly for part that sees high sliding stress to prevent galling, but not a lot of subsequent sliding movement once it's torqued.
