At my request and as per his earlier comment Senator Gabbard has introduced an electric gun ("stun gun") ban repeal.

I'm rather surprised to see 4 additional members of the senate sign on as co-sponsors. Maybe this will get a hearing in a committee? Maybe they see the writing on the wall? Maybe they read the unanimous SCOTUS per curiam in Caetano?

He introduced the same bill last year but has a better chance now with the ANR v. Ballard lawsuit.  This would be ideal with no restrictions.

Last year Gabbard was the sole sponsor and the bill never even got heard in either committee it was assigned to. Now with 5 total sponsors (20% of the Senate) at least maybe it can get a hearing.

When the committee referrals have been made I will post a list of all the committee members email addresses so we can write them and ask that they hold a hearing.

I have been in talks with the AG's office due to Andrew's lawsuit.  I can't share details mucht other than to say the AG's office would rather repeal the taser law rather than get a adverse ruling against the State in Court.

Have you or anyone contacted other gun rights groups like Firearms Policy Coalition or the others who filed suit for the bump stock.  We all know the NRA-ILA didn't do anything.
