Prohibits acquisition of firearms by anyone listed on the Terrorist Screening Database. We went through this last year or the year before. Defeated in committee, perhaps because of the testimony informing them of the huge percentage of erroneous listings, the inability to get off the list, or even find out why one is on the list. Often included are family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc. of the one person that is actually suspected. That's no impediment for Rhoads, et al.
