yeah, the only one I trust would be Mike Gabbard.  and that's only 1.  but still, he's gotta do what he's gotta do when he gets squeezed between a rock and a hard place.  and we lost Sam Slom.  but the others, they do it to us gleefully, willfully.

I'll betcha Karl Rhoads and "Mom's Demand Action" are laughing their asses off at 2A.  seriously, they are ROTFLMFAO about how they've hijacked the legislative process to suit their agenda, high-fives and all.

No we continue to submit via the e-mail system. We hold the legislators accountable for their actions.

Reason we do the hifico page ones is to make it easier for people to do and get them involved.

Long term plan is to wean them off that to the capitol website submittal.

I have started to do both just to make sure the jerks hear my view.. simple cut and paste.

Send it to the news channels maybe when its a slow news time they will air it.

The narrator was quick to diffuse any accusations of illegally recording the clerk, too.

Hawaii is a "one-party consent" state.

An individual has the right to record or disclose the contents of an electronic, oral or
wire communication that they are a party to or if one of the parties has given prior consent
to the recording of said communications.

So, as long as the person doing the recording is a part of the conversation, it's legal.

the NRA letters are not considered testimony, They are form letters that go direct to the legislators, Who i believe promptly delete them.

What makes them not testimony? Sorry not doubting you, really want to know criteria.

They are a form letter, everyone of the same with no individual input.
