Form a committee to do a study of the problem. It would be at UH so the state can divert funds to this UH study group.

Car ran into Tip Top Cafe on Kauai and woman killed, man badly hurt in Liliha this weekend.  When is the state going to do something, anything, about all this car violence.  Bring back the death penalty for 2nd DUI conviction, ban cars and trucks except for bonafide work related travel for which you need a travel permit.  Give me a few more minutes and I am sure I can come up with as many auto restrictions as gun grabbers want to put on firearms.
