Joe Huffman today makes the point that I believe is the real crux of what is going on here in Hawaii (and elsewhere to a lesser degree, except for California, New Jersey, etc.) re our rights. These people deserve no quarter. They are guilty of criminal acts. They should be in prison, or worse. That they may be "ignorant" is no excuse.

Hold their feet to the fire. I agree completely!
They currently make laws with absolutely no worries about repercussions.  They dare us to take it to a higher court to fight/defend said rights because they know how long and dragged out they can make it with delay tactics.
Since our rights are on trial, shouldn't those rights be afforded the 6th amendment? Speedy trial?  Not years-long (rights delayed; rights denied).
