So I am going to get the ballot for the second election between these two guys but I can't figure out much information about their positions.
I have been getting their flyers in the mail constantly and I checked their website for positions but they both give the standard vague positive answers that really don't say anything.
I am not sure how much they would really have in a say over gun rights but I can't find a whole lot to really figure out which one would be the more conservative choice. Ozawa claims he doesn't side with the mayor all the time but that doesn't really say whether he is to the left or the right of the mayor.
trevor ozawa is against the mayor, he will be council chair if he wins, and there will be a majority opposing the mayor, ozawa supports the range and he and his chief of staff know of the maintenance issues and have tried to push for funding for KHSC
tommy watters is the mayor's boy, the mayor will have a majority on the council if he wins, mainland money is behind watters because they want to influence the rail and other city projects and are hoping that Caldwell might become gov someday
a vote for watters is support for rail, raising property taxes, trash fees, etc etc etc
a vote for ozawa doesn't guarantee the opposite, but I know where I stand...
