An FYI to parents in Waipahu (and Kunia area) that have young children that walk down this road or even wait at this bus stop in the morning .

Wednesday (04.17.19)morning I was taking my son to school at Honowai Elementary. As I was driving down Hene St near the school at the bus stop. I witnessed a man exposed and pleasing himself while he was watching the kids pass by. One of which was a young teenage girl who looked very uncomfortable and very young kiddies who were walking to the elementary. He stared down these kids with such intensity that he did not even realize I was watching him and taking his picture. Even did not pull his pants up over his butt till I yelled at him out of my car window.

I called HPD and he was arrested, this incident occurred at 7:00 on Wednesday Morning. HPD stated that he has a history of mental illness but that does not excuse what he was doing. Talk to your children please, a good 30-50 kids passed his man this morning. HPD also informed me that he lives in Kunia just up the road.

And today 04.18.19 at 12:00 I witness this SAME MALE at the SAME exact bus stop by the school!!

KEEP YOUR EYES OUT FOR THIS SICK PERV!!

that's a dead giveaway when you have your hand down your pants at a bus stop

I saw on HNN this morning a story with Crimestoppers where the guy said to get a personal alarm, or if you're over 18 can get pepper spray.  too bad we can't arm ourselves to protect against violent criminals. 
I was at HPD actually at the time they were filming that segment.  ironically it was outside the firearms division.
