I just watched it and it seems like she was "winging it".  Because she's part of the DNC, she can half ass a speech and not be in the fake news headlines.  Imagine if Sarah Saunders or Trump were to talk like that.  Liberals would be calling for their resignation.  If you're on the Trump train or a GOP member, you probably rehearse your speech a lot prior to going on camera.  And have to prepare for responses to questions the fake news ask.  And since they're so typical, it's not hard to imagine what kind of kakamimi questions they will ask.
