I always thought the minimum was 1,000 rounds per gun.
If you planed on using it to protect your home 10,000 rounds per cailber.
These are Idaho rules.

Does it even mention if the ammo fit the guns in question?  Could have been a brick and a partially used one of 22LR.

To be clear, it is guns, DRUGS, and ammo. I would hope that most people don't store these together.
