Vandalism isn't new.

I was expecting to see her fall on her head as she tried to leave.  Hopefully the video will help identify her so she can be charged with a crime.

I don't usually resort to fat jokes but the combination of sand and her sure brings up the image of a beached whale.

KHON News said both were identified and are both teenagers.  So, juvie system will have to give them their traditional Hawaii slap on the wrist.
