As you said, Trump is "mean". Therefore any public discussion of him in any way only gives him and his meanness some kind of notoriety and credibility. They either must instantly accept your assessment of the situation otherwise they are stupid and should shut up. See, unlike you I don't have Trumps privates so deep down my throat that I can actually look around at what is being reported and have adult conversations to help me digest what is going on. While you are caressing his balls with your allegiance other people are trying to weigh the facts as they learn about them.

Why not?  Seems to be the popular PROGRESSIVE thing to do this week.

I find it troubling, if not consistent, how the mods here break the rules all the time (one in particular by posting in the classifieds for no reason other than sarcasm and jokes).

There have been plenty of "harsh" comments posted and not removed by mods in the name of "free speech".

Then they lock a thread about the President of the United States, of all topics.  No free speech issues there.

I anxiously await the announcement of your new forum...

Way off topic, but relevant here. 

Mods here are SUPER tolerant, at least when compared to other boards I've been on and been admin/MOD on.  To each their own.  That said, running a board isn't free.  It takes start up money and usually money to keep going initially.  We don't have paid members here and many boards do to offset the cost.  Then there's the spammers to ban, boards that crash and ungrateful old fogies with nothing else to do texting you at 2 am because they can't view a thread with nekkid ladies when they get up at 8 am EST, etc. 

I view 2a as a community more than a forum/board.  I've met many members and have met the MODs.  They are pretty cool guys.  Well, except for that irritating tourettes guy. . . 

But I do see many on this board who say stuff that they PROBABLY wouldn't say to folks in person.  I say probably because I dunno for sure.  They might say those things in person.  Hell, sometimes I think some on here are the same person posting as different screen names just for kicks, are bored, like the attention, whatever.  Anyways, yeah, I can be a wiseass or even asshole at times here, but I tend to believe that one day, I'll meet many on this board.

Anyways, carry on.  Resume the regularly recorded bickering. . .

Speaking of mods, what's the status on fixing the problem everyone has reported re: the inability to upload pictures?

Who ever heard of a forum that you can't upload a single picture to?

Maybe it's not as important as spending time defending your exemplary work as "MODERATOR" or attacking other members for having and posting an opinion?
