If you are talking about ice floating on the water then yes, but if the ice was sitting on land well then different story.

Do you know how many dried up river and lake beds there are around the world?  Places that used to have ample water flowing through and contained in them now have none.

Perhaps a little more water is a good thing.  More water means more evaporation, which leads to more rain, which can lead to more places that can sustain life.

Science.

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

You might be right there, I don't know, but I never said anything about good or bad.

Neither did I.

I guess with you it's about winning the debate, not about being right.

It depends on who you want to believe.  About 10% of the earth land mass is covered in ice.
Rest of the ice is floating.
If all land ice were to all melt we would have approximately 30-40 feet deeper oceans.
That isn't going to happen anytime soon. Antarctica isn't going to suddenly melt and
neither is Greenland.
BTW did you ever wonder why it was called Greenland? Iit was because people grew
crops and cattle in a very warm environment which existed before Democrats and scary
environment rhetoric.  It got colder and froze up.  Today it is warming again.
The universe is dynamic.  We are ignorant of how it really works systemically.
We know bits and peices, like blind men trying to describe an elephant.
I'll keep my 4WD trucks thank you.  I'll put in solar just because I don't like
our government telling me what to to.
My prediction is it will get colder in the next few decades.
But I go by the observations made of our Sun, not some Liberals  with
an agenda.

Thanks Groveler. I hope I eventually am so busy I won’t have much time to hang out on the Internet. Part of my plans is to cut down on Internet time and increase nap times and book reading time. I have a 10 year collection of books I have not read yet. And spend much less time on national politics and get more involved in local politics. Especially 2A issues. I also want to get involved in some local charity volunteer stuff. But only after I figure out how much time I will have after all the other stuff I plan on getting involved in. I have already joined the Prescott Gun Club, Prescott Investing Club and have already scammed out the dates and times for some photography classes. All of this does not include the planned trips to visit Ohana in NY, NJ, SoCal, Utah and other parts of AZ. That was my plan I was going to execute while living here. So I will do the same in AZ. I intend to stay so busy that the Internet is just something I catch up with distant Ohana for only a few minutes a day.
