But I guess when there were no jobs that the government must feed the people, right? Theres lots of abusers and not enough staff to investigate.

My high school had lots of kids from the housing. Went to their home and they had huge tvs, back then they cost thousands, karaoke machines, sound systems, benz cars registered to another family members name, rims, stereos in cars, body kits.

Parents did cash jobs so they can qualify for housing and food. So on paper, they were poor.

My other friend applied for food stamps but was denied cause she made $11 over the max allowed. Her case worker told her to just change the income amount. She said no because its not the right thing to do.
