How do you PM on here? I am so computer illiterate that I don’t know how do this?! Thanks to anyone who helps me figure this out!

If the person you are wanting to PM has certain settings selected, you may not have the ability to PM them.  In everyone's profile is a Private Messaging setting screen:




If you are viewing a topic, each user's preferences are represented by icons: Profile |  Email  |  Private Message

If you don't see the PM icon (the cartoon "speaking" bubble), then they have their settings in a way that prevents you from PM-ing them.



If you click the "person" icon, you can go to their profile.  You can find their profile in a few ways, but this is the most direct without having to browse/search the name.

In their profile a few lines below their name on the left should be a link labeled "Send PM".  Clicking that is the same as clicking the Private Message icon next to their posted comments..
