HPD wants 5-round mag limits, rifles, pistols.  State Rep Gregg Takeyama more than willing to accommodate.  could impact a lot of folks.  Pump-action AR's?

Can they please let the criminals know?
And how many crimes were done with mags over 5 rounds?

So would most revolvers be included or are they only defining removable magazines usually found in semi autos?

1st draft of bill way say any devise that can hold 5 rds or more. Then they will change it to mag specific to make the stupid gun owners think they won.

Same happened with the 1st draft of the bump stock bill. "Any device that can increase the rate of fire".

I am in favor of a 3 round limit to make it harder for criminals and mass shooters, knowing they are not allowed to load more than 3 rounds at a time.

If this piece of crap passes I wonder if all the revolver guys will get fuked. Especially the moonclip guys. I can see it now "sorry no can sell moonclips to hawaii customers due new legislation. Or we gotta epoxy one chamber ala magazine block for the semi's. "not easily reversible".  Imagine the 22lr guys having to semi permanent plug their half the gun. Horrible.

Someone mentioned this before, but pretty sure it only applies to detachable magazines.

If it passes (God forbid) I’d have to sell some pistols to buy more revolvers for New York Re-loads.   8)

Are these people idiots?
5 round limit is just antagonistic.

They’ll probably make you permanently block the extra chambers in your wheel gun.
No one is coming, it’s up to us.

Legislation should never be about depriving law abiding citizens of something, but rather taking those things away from criminals.
