Taco Bell Will Start Paying Managers $100K a Year

This is a result of our booming economy. People are leaving jobs for higher pay. The lower paying jobs are remaining unfilled. This creates the situation whereby the companies that traditionally don’t pay well now have to have some self inflection and start paying higher wages in order to get and retain good talent. On top of that you are going to start seeing the companies that traditionally not offer great benefits to its workers start increasing and offering better benefits.

The downside to this is that these companies will have to start raising prices of goods/services sold. Which means inflation will increase. If inflation stays in check, the FED will do nothing. But if it increases significantly we will see rate reductions from the FED. While higher inflation is not what we want, inflation due to wage increase is normal and expected. Inflation so far has been very low, due in part to artificially low wages prior to the economy taking off. Wages have been rising for low to middle income earners faster than any other sector. Which is good, and gradual. But if traditionally low to moderate salaried positions start increasing by 100% or more then we may see inflation rise a little faster. This is very typical for our economy and to be expected. So overall the economy is doing quite well.

Saw that yesterday. One of my best friends son is always asking to take him to Taco Bell for his “late night snack”. He’s 15. So I sent the link to him, his dad and the dad’s brother (also close friend) to let the son know about them opportunity.  $100k is good money! And free Taco Bell for us!   

But no. The little 💩 wants to go to college :kickcan: #thenerve

Yeah, go to college and get a degree that will land him a $60k-$75k job when he could get $100k and we get free food! What a little 💩

He's super spoiled.  Parents divorced and my buddy's ex wife's family is wealthy and also super controlling, but they try to control via $$$.  He's actually pretty smart about it though. Anyways, he regularly has more cash on him than I do.

Most US "Mexican" dishes are not even close to what real Mexicans would cook.  Some are "Tex-Mex", having their origins more with a Texas recipe and Mexican ingredients. 

San Diego has some the the best Mexican restaurants I've visited. 

You can usually tell a good Mexican restaurant by the way they make their refried beans.

The kind that is 50/50 to make me have stomach ache the next day.

I don't even consider it food

but depends on which Taco Bell you do to
the Hawaii kai one isn't bad, pretty good.  the kapahulu one is terrible, they put it together so sloppy that its unappetizing

I don't eat fast food in general much.  I read somewhere that the Jack in the Box taco "beef" was same (or maybe lower grade) than dog food.
