I went out of my way to accommodate your and your wife's schedules.  She was working after 5:00, and you were dumb enough to put both your names on the registration which required her to sign my permit.

I went to YOUR HOUSE.
Next morning, I went to HPD because you were traveling off island a day or two after my permit would be ready.  If I delayed, you'd have been unavailable for at least another week.
When the permit was ready, I went to HPD to pick it up and met you after 5:00 to have you both sign and take possession of the revolver.
Then the next day, I drove to HPD a 3rd time to register.

Most people with an ounce of character offer to meet at HPD on permit pickup day to save the buyer 2 needless trips.

If you intend to sell a gun, and 2 people need to sign the permit, you should be more willing to accommodate the buyer, since it was your choice to register that way for whatever lame reason you want to have others now chime in on.
