Sportsman’s guide
« on: January 26, 2020, 10:11:06 AM »
Has anybody been able to purchase a weapon from sportsman’s guide? I’ve tried with quite a few different weapons including just stripped AR lowers and it won’t let me go past the shipping information screen. I checked their policy and it says they do ship to Hawaii. Just wondering if anybody has had success in the past.

Try calling directly.  Many businesses that say they ship to Hawaii won't process an online order unless you call.  They may need to verify the shipping costs first.

I've spent 20 years figuring out how to ship stuff to Hawaii.
The company may ship, but their contract carrier such as UPS won't ship
guns, or Paypal won't allow payment for guns et al.
I  cheated Pay pay to get a 27.5 mm flare pistol.
I cheated the supplier to get an insert(.410/45 long Colt) for the Flare gun.
All are LEGAL.
You need to get creative.
Word of advice on the Guide, Eastern European surplus is good stuff
I still have German and Czechoslovakian Military cold weather gear,
but a lot of their stuff is way overpriced and of poor quality.

Thanks guys. They actually called me to try to figure it out and sure enough they’ll ship only if you call by phone because they have to change the shipping company from USPS to Fedex or UPS. Thanks for the replies.
