Anyone with a brain and a little common sense is better than Rhodes
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me, than a frontal lobotomy.

According to that article I posted earlier referencing Civil Beat, his wife stated that he couldn't hold a job despite being an attorney. His option was running for political office - aided by his wife. I'd have to look into his other "jobs"

I'm working with him and trying to convince him to run.  He has a chance to win,but it'll be very difficult due to starting late and lack of political experience.  He has some things going for him such as being a gun rights supporter, people don't like Rhoads overall, and he has small business experience in downtown.

He would need monetary and manpower support from all gun owners in the state.  We would need solid committed people to make phone calls, go door to door, and sign waving.

If you'd like to know more, we will be meeting after work in town today.  Msg me for more info if you'd like to attend.

Looking forward to hearing your feedback after discussions with Mr. Kevin McDonald.  That his FB profile includes "Shadoww" or something like that in it does make me  ???

Folks like Rhoads and R. Baker motivate me to go all Brewster's Millions and campaign for "None of the above".  I am totally ready to support, including funding, of opponents of Rhoads and R. Baker.

the voting out of Rhoads and Rosalyn "they are not outer islands" Baker should be a strategic goal of HIFICO and HRA.

I looked up the results from R. Baker the last election and she didn't win by much, so def vulnerable.

Problem is all we'll get is another Democrat like them.
We need to attack the problem, not the symptoms.
I suggest de-funding the government as Job #1.

Easier to take on one or two treasonous individuals at a time.  Can't match government on spending and time.

It's important to have someone (anybody) challenging the bad politicians on each election.  Don't let the bad ones run uncontested.

So, good on him for running.

I'd vote for Shadoww, but he's not in my district.

Just to clarify, you're referring to Rhoads, right?  Because Kevin Shadoww McDonald appears to be a bartender / business owner.  He should run as a D, so he can challenge Rhoads in the primary when less people vote (taking notes on how AOC got voted).

His name is Rhoads, as in "toads".
Rhodes is a scholarship to reward academic excellence.
So when you write about him, think about TOADS.

This guy is dug in deep. He is a professional butt kisser, and apparently very proficient at it.
Read his profile and get to know the adversary.

Our meeting went well.  Kevin is a NRA member and will support gun rights and be focused on reducing crime/homelessness and supporting business.  He ran the Sin lounge in downtown and is the chair of the neighborhood board.  He has the drive and eagerness to do this, but has a lot of catching up to do on recognition and political knowledge.  He's the underdog, but he has a chance IF he gets a lot of support from the gun community across the state.  He's still deciding.

I will need solid commitments from people here and elsewhere to help with running his campaign (graphic artists, campaign manager, advertising, etc), sign waving, door to door, giving and seeking donations, etc.

He hates Rhoads, and Rhoads hates him.  What more do you need?

He needs help from some of the party people in downtown.

Maybe meet some of the Chinese movers and shakers in Chinatown?

After one Sin stops being your source of income, what's the next logical step?

Politics, of course.

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.
