Anyone know if there is online listing of Hawaii legislator ratings for 2A support.  HRA and NRA sends this information around voting season, however, as a mail in voter,  I don't get the listing from HRA/NRA in time.  I know the ratings don't change much, however, I'd like to review it before I get my mail in ballot this year.  Even last year's listing would be helpful.  I emailed HRA but got no response.

I encourage everyone to apply for mail in ballot....especially, for those who traditionally have not voted due to the inconvenience of physically going down to vote.  Mail in voting is much more convenient.  They automatically send you a mail in ballot, you just need to mark off your choices and mail it in(it's postage prepaid).  Hopefully, someone from the HRA reads this and sends out the legislator ratings/recommendations earlier from now on to accommodate mail in voters.

Or...HRA could just keep their legislator ratings available online so it's available at all times.

This is especially important now that the state if pushing mail in voting.

I'll have the legislature voting records for last year and this year up at the beginning of May.

Thanks Zipps. It would be great to know where we have the best chance of coordinating efforts to flip some seats. If we can demonstrate our ability to influence even one or two then the ones remaining will not be able to continue ignoring us next session.

2A number 1 issue....

Any politician that voted for gun control get ZERO votes from gun owners. Send a message.  Mess with our RIGHTS, get fired!

I'll vote for a garden gnome and a dead rat before I cast a vote for an incumbent that isn't 100% onboard with opposition to our gun rights.

Need new blood anyway.  We need to make sure they know why they are getting fired as well.  Maybe a gun owners petition/pact

Can the moderators start a voter registration drive post? And maybe email all 2Ahawaii members with voter registration info.

It looks like if you register to vote they send you a ballot automatically now instead of having to sign up separately for mail-in voting.  Saw this graphic on their voter registration application:



Maybe have a drawing for a prize for 2a members who register to vote?  I'm willing to donate money to purchase a prize.

Perhaps you could do a voter registration drive at the gun show next week.  You could check if there are any last minute drop outs and get their table.
